These are the Giants PFF grades for the 2026 season, updated each week after Pro Football Focus grades the latest game. Every number below comes from PFF's public player pages.
The grades run through Week 7, the 27-21 overtime win over the Houston Texans, and were last checked on Oct. 27, 2026. The Giants are 4-2-1 and visit the Philadelphia Eagles after their Week 8 bye.
How PFF Grades Work
PFF's grading system evaluates every player on every play. Each snap gets a grade from -2 to +2, and those play grades roll up into a season grade on a 0-to-100 scale.
Ranks compare qualified players at the same position. Players below PFF's snap minimum show a grade but no rank.

Our Take: What the Giants' PFF Grades Say Through Seven Weeks
Grades are one lens, not a verdict, and I use them alongside the box score and the results.
DJ Reader is the defense's anchor. His 90.4 grade leads all qualified interior linemen, and after PFF gave him a 91 against Houston I posted that he's been great.
Abdul Carter shows the gap between grades and results. His 90.3 ranks third among edge defenders, but back in September I said five sacks in 20 career games is not good enough and that he needs more disruption.
Jameis Winston's 54.0, 30th of 35 qualified quarterbacks, helps explain the switch to JJ McCarthy. After McCarthy's first start, I posted that the Giants have themselves a quarterback.
I'll keep checking these after each game. The grades that move most over the next month, for better or worse, will be the quarterback and the edge rushers.
