Welcome to Big Blue Film Room ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use apply to your use of www.bigbluefilmroom.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Independent Site: Not Affiliated With the Giants or the NFL

Big Blue Film Room is an independent fan news and analysis site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to the New York Giants, the National Football League (NFL), or any NFL team.

The names "New York Giants," "Giants," "NFL," and all related team names, logos, marks, and uniforms are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the teams and topics we write about.

2. Our Content and How We Report

  • Credited reporting. Much of our coverage summarizes and discusses news first reported by journalists and outlets such as team beat writers. We always aim to credit the original reporter or outlet by name, and we link to the source where we can. Credit for original reporting belongs to them.

  • Fair use. Short quotes, embedded social media posts, and brief excerpts are used for news reporting, commentary, criticism, and analysis, which we believe is fair use under U.S. copyright law. We don't republish full articles from other outlets.

  • Our own work. The original writing, analysis, film breakdowns, graphics, and videos on the Site belong to Big Blue Film Room. You're welcome to share links to our articles and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. Please don't copy, republish, or sell our content in full without permission.

3. No Guarantees

We work hard to be accurate, but sports news moves fast. Reports can change, injury and roster information can be updated, and early reports aren't always confirmed. The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information and entertainment only. We don't guarantee that any content is complete, current, or error-free, and nothing on the Site is professional, financial, or betting advice. You use the Site and rely on its content at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Big Blue Film Room is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the Site, relying on its content, or being unable to access it.

4. Comments and Submissions

If you post a comment or send us a submission:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

  • You're responsible for what you post.

  • You give us permission to display, edit for length or clarity, and remove your comment on the Site.

  • We may remove any comment or block any user at our discretion.

If you send us a news tip, we may use the information in our coverage. We won't publish your name as a source without your permission.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Links

The Site shows ads, including ads served by Google AdSense, and links to or embeds content from third parties such as X and YouTube. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party ads, websites, or content. Seeing an ad on the Site does not mean we endorse the product or advertiser. 6. Copyright Concerns

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe something on the Site uses your copyrighted work in a way that isn't allowed, please send us a message through our Contact page with a link to the content, a description of your work, and your contact details. 8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
